If any beef on the server will be sorted out immediatly between staff and members, only urgent situations will go forward to management.  im going to bring profesionality within my role as staff, and treat everyone with respect, and get stuck on small things. only stuff that is breaking the server rules. [/b] What would you do if you two parties are arguing and you do not know who is in the right[100 words min]: i would ask them 1 by 1 to send me video evidence of what they are claiming is right. then i will have a look at the videos and take my final verdict from what i have seen and heard. but if noone has a video evidence or screenshots of proof, i will tell them both that they will get verbal warned and i will teach em how to not get into that situation again. my sits will always give the persons involved a second chance to redeem their mistakes and i i will log every situation within the report section so if something happense again everything will be documented and they will be punished for the rules they have broken.  Name 3 duties that staff needs to take care of: Events of no EP are online, Observation of downtime, maintain the server rules.  How active can you be: i can be active most days, weekends. might have school work at the day time but if i get time during the day i will get on. otherwise i will be avaible on discord untill im done with my schoolwork.
